The staff were helpful and friendly. they provided a very clean baby crib, a baby pillow, and extra towels for the baby. i also saw they included a baby bath tub. It was very thoughtful! the light show was nice. you definitely shouldn't miss it.
the light show and the view from my room were disappointing. the best viewing spot for the light show seemed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floors.

the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, approximately a 3-minute walk away, and a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. the airport is also easily accessible, reachable within a 15-minute drive by car.

i thought the color scheme throughout the hotel was attractive and fresh. the breakfast buffet included many tasty options. the staff at the front desk and bar spoke english well, and they were helpful.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the kitchen staff was very good, and the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast plates were sometimes cold, and the orange juice was not natural. i really enjoyed the variety of choices.

The breakfast selection was large , and I appreciated the variety of options. The hotel provides a rooftop pool. I found the bar staff remembered my order and delivered drinks promptly. Underground parking is available , requiring careful navigation due to a tight spiral.
I requested a feather pillow using the in-room tablet , but it never arrived.

the staff at the front desk was helpful. i liked the location since it was away from the crowds. the walk to the tourist areas was downhill (cabbing back was needed sometimes).
the breakfast buffet was not hot. the breakfast plates felt cold. the coffee also varied from warm to hot (it should be hotter).
